California Humanities will conduct a free information session about funding opportunities for humanities programming in Santa Barbara on Wednesday, May 24th  from 11:30 am– 1:30 pm hosted by our long-time programming partner, Santa Barbara Public Library, at 40 East Anapamu Street, Faulker Gallery.  We’ll be joined by staff from the office of Congressman Salud Carbajal.

Program staff will give an overview of our current grant programs: Humanities for All grants (Quick Grants and Program Grants) and the California Documentary Project grants.  Attendees will have the opportunity to network with other colleagues and get answers about questions and feedback about potential project ideas.

Please bring a brown bag lunch if you wish; beverages and snacks will be provided.
Parking is available in two lots adjacent to the library (first 75 minutes are free). For directions and additional information about the library, visit or call 805.962.7653

Please RSVP by Monday, May 21, 2017

Please contact Project and Evaluation Director Felicia Kelley at if you have questions in advance of the meeting

We hope you can join us!
